We just purchased a townhome from Keystone in the SLC area (regency on 900). We had a very positive experience with Michelle (the agent), Jayce (The site Super), and everyone at the design center. Michelle was also able to work closely with us to help find special financing through Zions and programs we qualified for our original lender we almost went with didn't even know about. We were very pleased with the quality and that we were able to get a great location, 4 bedrooms, a freaking corner unit, and upgraded cabinetry all within our price range ($450K)! Normally when you buy a house from a construction company, you anticipate a few negative surprises- but to the contrary we have only had positive upsides including a dedicated pantry and extra closet space, and a built in towel closet that were added AFTER we signed. We will definitely be using them again because we've established a lot of trust. We are thrilled to FINALLY be homeowners and stop throwing away money to rent.

No bidding, beautiful high quality materials, competent and friendly realtors, and excellent designers that help you personalize your home so that it represents you but still looks good. During the home buying process I've met with multiple construction companies but Keystone has by far been the best to work with and I don't regret my decision to work with them.
