Mark is so helpful at the Guildford Tesco shop. He made sure I got the best deal when I had my car fob batteries replaced and today I used the lifetime replacement feature for the first time no quibble. He noticed some damage to my jacket and I'll be using the Timpson Leather repair service He told me about. A genuinely friendly guy who's customer service is excellent. Highly recommended by me.

Amazing 5 star service! If I could rate any higher I would. Mr Unicorn was the man who helped me, took my boots what one of the heels snapped after a few hours of use. Turns out they was faulty and cheaply made. He fixed the broken one and done some extras to make sure they was more secure! Great customer service, very attentive and friendly and got the job and more so done! Very reasonable cost also!

Not great for taking a watch here unless its cheap and disposable. They dont really care for the product. Just went for a pin that had dropped out. If you dont have the right size say you dont. If the pin didnt fit and you want to put a grinder to an expensive watch ask the owner before doing it..... clearly no one wants this damage. I would have opted to get it done later or order the right size online and do it myself rather than this. Now I have grinder marks on the watch that look awful. Its cheap, no point arguing for 5£ but the technition should try to do a good job rather than just getting it done roughly and ruining things. I would like other people to be aware and catious to avoid damage to items of monetary or emotional value.

I came into this Timpson branch to take some US passport pictures and had a great experience. Mark, who has lovingly been nicknamed Mr. Unicorn, is friendly, funny, and most importantly diligent so it was a shame to hear he will be transferring to another location soon. Mark took several pictures until he and I were satisfied and all requirements were met. Although it cost a bit more than the photo booth next door, the service was definitely worth the extra five pounds (+50%)
