Not a good experience..!!! Given my bike for scrapping on september last, they've done the pickup and given the scrap certificate as said, but they are not moving the application for RC cancellation as promised. No proper reply from their office despite numerous calls and WhatsApp messages. They've also collected RC cancellation fee from me, now I'm not even sure that whether they'll cancel my RC in a proper way. Those who give for scrapping please be aware...

I entrusted M/s KGF to scrap my old car in accordance with policy, and the entire process was completed efficiently. At first, they explained the procedure followed for scrapping in detail through WhatsApp chat. Since, my car wasn't in driving condition, KGF arranged for its pick up to their yard. They went ahead with scrapping after determining a fair value for the old vehicle. The scrapping procedure was completed without a hitch, with the exception of delay caused due to incessant rain. Following scrapping, they removed the vehicle registration boards, cut the engine & chassis numbers for my records, and delivered their official certificate by courier. Overall the experience was positive, which led to a conclusion that they are a reliable partner for any old vehicle scrapping that complies with govt regulations. Very much satisfied with the scrap pickup. Though the customer service staff need to be improved, the owner was very cooperative and patient. Thanks Fazil, you have arranged the pickup and done the same without delay and without making any complaints and collected all the scrap as promised.
