He promptly stopped by to give me an honest estimate of the work, and scheduling his crew was straightforward. We were blessed with a dry day on the date of installation. He and his crew showed up on time. The materials arrived a few minutes thereafter, and they got to work. I was impressed by the professional manner in which the craftsmen applied themselves to the job; refraining from giddy behavior and exercising efficient logistics through the day. I recently had the pleasure of working with Top Roofing to address a concerning leak in my roof. The level of service I received was truly exceptional, and I couldn't be more pleased with the prompt and professional assistance provided by Javier and his team. Upon noticing the leak, I contacted Top Roofing, and to my surprise, they scheduled an inspection the very next day. Javier arrived on time and conducted a thorough examination, starting with the attic and then moving up to the roof. He quickly identified two small saw cuts that were causing the leak, even on my relatively large roof. The efficiency of their service was remarkable. Without any delay, the team at Top Roofing promptly arranged for the necessary repairs. What impressed me even more was that they carried out the work the very next day, even when I wasn't at home. This level of reliability and trustworthiness is hard to come by in the service industry. Upon completion of the repairs, I received detailed photos (including few taken by a drone!!) showcasing the fixes made to the damaged area. I was happy to see their transparency and the confidence in the quality of their work as well as their commitment to keeping the customer informed. To top it all off, the cost of the repair was incredibly reasonable, especially considering the quick response and the meticulous attention to detail shown by Javier and his team.
