He removed and installed new tires with great care, making sure not to scratch the rims. The quality of his work really stood out, and the price was very reasonable too. Highly recommend!

My experience was not good at all. I use to go there many years ago when Wally was at the front desk and main machanic, but when I returned my experience was horrible to say the least! I worked with Emile on the front desk who is a nice enough guy, but could use some better judgement on how to work with clients. I brought my truck in for a safety and was told “it’s not too bad at all, and needs a bit of brake work” so my initial reaction was good. Then I received messages from him, saying that indeed the brakes were not as good as expected, and was having issues with getting a brake caliper off and had to snap it off etc. so at that point I told him “well do what you have to do, as it’s obviously needs to be done. So he did do all the brakes instead of just the fronts and expected it to be a normal 12 to $1500 bill but was not told the cost which I have had vehicles for over 40’years and knew a rough idea what we were getting into! So he didn’t have any other correspondence with me and after a couple days said to come pick it up it’s finished. Well he then hands me a over $3,700 bill for the safety, and my jaw drops and I said what did you all do???? He said he replaced a ball joint, put some rearend oil in, and oil change and life time warranty brakes! Needless to say I was blown away by the cost, they had to fix the brakes twice afterwards as the caliper they put in was sticking which in turn I thought I had bad tires from the pulse sensation and my mileage went up to 21 litres per 100 because of the brake issue! I put new coils in thinking it was the motor and other machanic couldn’t figure it out until one mentioned you have no brake pass’s left! Will absolutely never go back and neither will my son who also had a brutal experience.
