My daughter came in with a picture of the haircut she wanted. Curtain bangs with layers and about shoulder length. She came out with no layers just straight haircut like a trim. The hairdresser is Onami or Sunami. Next time you touch someone's hair and the client shows you a picture. You need to make sure that that picture is literally in your face for reference. Because you did not get her hair right. Kodo's to your boss as she was pleasant and understanding.

Amazing first visit. Called for a last-minute appointment and they squeezed me in the same day due to a cancellation - so grateful! Cher was my stylist and she was fantastic. She really listened to what I wanted and asked all the right questions before starting. The cut turned out exactly how I pictured it in my head. Cher was super attentive and clearly skilled at what she does. Great service from start to finish. I'm already planning my next appointment and would definitely recommend Salon Felice to anyone looking for a quality cut. Thanks Cher!

Came in for a haircut. Staff were very friendly. I wanted longer layers without taking much length off, and for my front bang pieces to be blended in. After consulting with my stylist we agreed on light layers and evening out my hair as it was a bit uneven and choppy. 90 dollars later I walked out of the salon with a blunt one length cut and seemingly no change. While my haircut was not necessarily bad it was as though I had never even gotten it done. Upon complaining about it the staff were very sweet and forgiving, even offered to schedule me in the next day with another stylist. However I will not be going back here. I have paid upwards of 100 dollars for haircuts in the past and they have been well worth it. Can not say the same about this one.
