Kia de Granby

Hopefully my last update! The warranty was extended and Kiagranby replaced my engine at 0 cost to me. I was given a rental car until it was repaired. So the end result was all good. Communication in the beginning was terrible. Although I tried to communicate in french I was unable to as I was stressed and talking cars is hard for me in french. After a month with no car I finally got the service manager that spoke to me in English. Everything has been resolved and I am satisfied with the way Kiagranby dealt with it. I will leave my initial 5 stars review as they did end up being that. But almost dropped 2 stars for the somewhat disinterested and rude communication in the beginning. update..the kia engine died 3 weeks ago. Helene B. Is no longer with Kia Granby.. it took me days to get someone on the phone. I had it towed back. Discovered that the engine is finished. Had to prove we did oil changes to get the extended warranty. It has taken weeks! The engine will not be fixed until late June or July because they have no time to do the engine change. I discovered the warranty covered a rental car after communication with Kia Canada. Communication with Kia Granby has been awful. I struggled with the French as no one would slow down when talking to me. Last week I discovered the service manager spoke English and I could finally understand. After I pushed the issue and Kia Canada sent a letter to the Dealer..I got a call saying that I am covered by the extended warranty to get a rental car. This will be my last Kia. Just bought a used Kia Sportage here. Hélène Boutin was the salesperson and she was awesome. She made an appointment really fast and matched me to the perfect vehicle for me. Super fast and efficient. Also a really nice person. I really recommend this dealership and Hélenè Boutin!!! I have to mention Danick the accountant too! I call him the Edward Scissorhands of paperwork. Fast, efficient and made everything work helping me to organize the money side of everything. Thanks both of you!!!!!

I bought Soul 2022 EX recently and I'm happy with their service. Special thank to Charles Simoneau and Francis Lemay who well organized remote starter installation, permanent rust protection, plate registration and even my delivery from home to pick up the vehicle. They were very friendly.
