Awful. My car was revving in idle and the voltage was going haywire. It was killing my battery. I took it here and don't get me wrong, the young lad on the desk was great. He was always kind and courteous and got all the information I asked of him. My issue is they charged me £740 to change my battery and alternator. It hurt but I put my trust in them. This was on 2nd December 2024. Not even a month later I'm having the exact same issue. Exact same symptoms. I take it back, obviously not happy. They do a free diagnostic and find my air strips had corroded. Not sure how they missed this when changing my battery and alternator out. Then they wanted to charge me an extra £180 to fix that! As far as I'm aware they may have been able to replace the air strips and save me the battery and alternator. Shoddy mechanics looking to rinse all the money out of you. Never again
