Absolute unmatched care!! CPNP Margaret Collins was kind, thorough, patient, and listened carefully to all my concerns. She was gentle in her responses and I never felt any shame for it having been a few years since we had seen a provider. I have a lot of kids—and she has made each one feel special and unique. She speaks to them as individuals and carefully read through all their records from a previous practice. I never felt like an inconvenience or rushed to get one to the next patient. From the front desk to the nurses, everyone has had a smile and looked me in the eye. I felt seen as a person and my position as a mother was respected. No one was rushing around frantic and no loud voices. Nurse Margaret was professional and tender. She spoke with professional guidance but from a mother’s perspective giving me confidence in my children’s health decisions without feeling unnecessary burdens or guilt. Also I love that there is a well side and a sick side—makes me confident that we won’t be getting sick just because we went in for a well-visit.

I love this place. Esp Carter she is the best. Front desk is always nice and friendly when we come in. Wait time is not bad. They return my phone calls in timely manner.

My 5 year old boy was prescribed a medicine that made him ultimately worse. He was given tests that came back negative yet treated like it was positive which in turn caused an expensive ER visit today. Always trust your gut instincts, parents. Nobody knows our babies more than we do. There’s no need to be paying people who should retire atp that play guessing games & give out wrong prescriptions to literal babies and children. Needless to say we are switching out of this peds. The nurses however are the sweetest and loveliest souls. 5 ⭐️’s and best wishes to the nurses there you will be missed 🥹

After reading some reviews and asking other moms about this practice I decided to start taking my kiddos. Everything about this practice was HORRIBLE. The ladies at the front desk don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in. You ask them questions and they act like you are bothering them. I took my youngest (20 months) for an appointment concerned she had an ear infection and turns out she had a double ear infection. After 2 days on her antibiotic, she started developing a rash, diarrhea, moody, just not herself. I took her in for a follow up (knowing she was having an allergic reaction) and they told me there was nothing wrong and to continue giving her the medicine. Turns out…THEY WERE COMPLETELY WRONG AND MY DAUGHTER IS SEVERELY ALLERGIC TO THE MEDICATION. Thank god my kids are out of there. I wouldn’t go back to this practice for a simple nose bleed.
