Mainly involved with Jeanette Martin on diabetes side. Jeanette has been very helpful to me in a number of ways. She has been flexible with responses to any issues, she always does what she says she will do, be that with referrals, following up on results and monitoring my circumstances. Really impressed with Jeanette! I would also mention that the receptionists are excellent and my have significantly improved over the last year or two.
I have been with Kildonan House medical practice for nearly 50 years. I have never had a problem and I find all the Doctors, nurses and staff very helpful. I have had numerous health checks over the years so really well looked after. When my late husband was seriously ill during the covid period, nothing was too much trouble. He was able to visit the surgery anytime and he even had home visits when necessary.
I rang Kildonan for an emergency appointment at 8am. I attended at 9.30am, I was referred by a young, efficient, caring doctor to the Day Clinic at Royal Bolton within 30 minutes and I attended the appointment I was given at 11am! Scanned and given feedback by 12nonn. All on the same morning. Brilliant service all round from our NHS!
