I found Kim by doing Google search for "best realtor near hillside il" because I had to sell a late relative's house there. I can say Google and Kim did not let me down at all. What was most amazing is how within 24 hours of listing the property she had showings booked and within 48 hours, she had a signed contract for the asking price of the house.
