Could not recommend this place enough!! I have been doing physiotherapy with Zaid for a few months for shoulder pain that I’ve had for a couple years. My shoulder has strengthened so well, I’ve also been doing treatment with him for a sprained ankle. He is super approachable and attentive, really takes the time to understand my needs and concerns. He explains his regime and approach to my healing journey, in a way that I feel like I truly understand how a body should function. I’ve received dry needling treatment from Zaid and you can really see the professionalism as he will always explain his actions and check in throughout the process to make sure his patients are comfortable. He has been incredibly motivating in my healing journey and I feel so confident in strengthening my body for the future! + Daniella at the front desk is also always so friendly and helpful, great vibes all around!

This is the first review I've ever written but my experience at Myodetox and specifically with Senior Clinician Zaid Faiz is worth writing about. Prior to going to Myodetox I did not find physiotherapy was an effective form of treatment. I have been to many physio therapists in the past for injuries and I was just hooked up to a STIM (which you can easily buy and do at home), given a heating pad and sent home with some exercises I could have Googled. I never saw any results even after months of visits and at home work. Myodetox is very different. In my first session there I was given a thorough analysis of my body's function and mobility and the root cause of my pain was identified. From that my clinician Zaid developed a detailed treatment plan targeted at fixing the root cause, as opposed to just treating my localized pain, to ensure that my injury wouldn't become a reccurring issue. What I really liked is once my initial plan was developed, Zaid didn't stop there. He continued to reasses me at each follow-up visit and adapted the plan accordingly to ensure he was meeting me where I was at. Zaid is very thorough, extremely knowledgeable about the body and how it functions, professional and personable, which made my experience at Myodetox a great one. If you're looking for a real solution for your injury/pain, I highly recommend Zaid and Myodetox!

I sought treatment from Kingsley at Myo Markham for a strained back and a torn facet joint. He was professional and methodical in his approach, providing a clear explanation of my condition and a structured recovery plan. The combination of manual therapy and a progressive exercise program proved to be effective. My condition has improved significantly, and I am now able to return to my normal activities. The clinic is well-organized and the staff is courteous. I would recommend Kingsley to others seeking effective physiotherapy treatment.

My wife and I have been visiting Myo Markham for both physiotherapy and massage therapy, and we have had a great experience with Zaid and Audrey. They are both very professional, caring and knowledgeable. Each of our sessions begins with an assessment, and throughout, the procedures are explained, reassessed, and adjusted to fit our individual needs. Sessions always end with an evaluation and exercises are given that we can do at home. We appreciate they listen to our questions and concerns, and share helpful information and resources.
