Been bringing my dog here a long time and Dr. Black was amazing, however I always get other vets now. The last couple of visits were disappointing especially the one last night. My dog, Freddie, a giant fluff ball was treated very poorly by the vet. From the moment we walked in i felt uncomfortable and so did my dog. The vet was afraid of my dog who was showing no signs of aggression. He kept mentioning his safety when it was very clear he had no love or experience with dogs. This vet asked me to do the ear temperature measurement cause he was too afraid, to which i refused. He tried to make a diagnosis without even doing his inspection. This is the third time ive come to this vet for the same issue with my dogs allergies and he had clearly not even read the file before making random suggestions. He claimed he felt unsafe when i asked him to do his job and then he went into a room to consult with the senior vet on shift and the clerk. At this point i overheard him say my dog was aggressive, and i decided to walk out since i refuse to ever give this clinic another appointment or penny. If you dont love animals or atleast know how to interact with them please do not work as a vet.

When my baby girl was dying Aug, 2024, I took her here. They were so good with both of us. Unfortunately they couldn't find a vein & she passed away. They did not charge me anything. I only paid for her cremation & urn. They were extremely caring.

I have two 14 year old pugzus, they both love and trust Dr. Brown and Dr. Oyin. The reception staff and technians are always friendly and helpful. One of my dogs had dental surgery on Thursday. The staff were great, they kept me informed of how things were going and they took the time to explain his post op care and to answer my questions. We have been taking our dogs to King Hopkins since 2020 and have never had any issues.

I have never been to an animal hospital before where everything is so amazing. From the moment I called they reassured me that everything was going to be fine. I took my Tangy in a he was blocked and after a few trips, due mainly to myself he is on the road to recovering. Not only do they not charge Emergency fees but the cost of getting things done is substantially less. They actually care and follow through and that matters to me. I very highly recommend them to anyone with a furbaby that needs help. Thank you so much.
