Overall had a great experience with Indy Roof & Restoration. Extremely helpful throughout the process, with everything from coming out to inspect the home, helping start the claim with insurance, came out when the insurance company sent their inspectors to look at the house, and then came out and knocked out the project. One thing I wish was a little better communication during the downtime or waiting period, while waiting for insurance to get things processed. We started the process in September 2024 and the project wrapped up the beginning of May 2025, very little communication between November and March. I get these are the winter months and no construction stuff can really happen during that time, but some sort of communication to let us know we weren’t forgotten.

No one wants to need a roof replaced, but Bryan Brown worked so well with our insurance company to get as much as possible for us and our home. I can't recommend him enough. On the day of our roof replacement, the crew was quick and we are so happy with the end results. There were some clerical errors on what needed done on our property, but those were eventually resolved. The cleanup after the work was completed was done poorly. There were over 2 dozen nails/screws left around my house. The crew came back out and cleaned up after being asked to do so, but there were still areas that were noted that they did not clean. I understand that, with the volume of nails used and needed, there will be some left behind. But, this needed more attention and care. Edit: After my job was completed, there were still so many things I needed help with, and the communication from IRR to me was poor. In nearly a 2 month wait from the completion of my project to when I received the final check from insurance, I only had successful contact with my representative, Bryan, one time. I'm happy to have a new roof, but I am all around disappointed at the communication. Review has gone from 4 stars to 3.

AJ and Indy roofs were absolutely amazing! AJ was incredibly easy to work with and consistent with communication. We had a particularly stubborn claim, and AJ handled all communication with my insurance company. When our initial offer was low he stayed persistent in pushing our claim up the ladder until we got approved. I truly don’t believe we would have gotten our roof covered without him. We had zero problems on installation day and our roof looks amazing! 10/10 experience, I highly recommend

These guys were great. I Needed a roof inspection to satisfy my insurance company on a house that I was purchasing. I called Indy ROOF and they were more than happy to send out Jimmy Klinger to take a good solid look at the roof. The folks are super friendly people. Jimmy was on time and respectful of my time.(Actually, they were ahead of schedule, which is good). No charge for the inspection. I will certainly consider them very much when I need similar services or other services in the future. I highly recommend INDY ROOF & RESTORATION.
