I had a great experience at this Kwik Fit during a free safety check. Adam, the floor manager, was helpful and organised, making the appointment run smoothly. Danny, the mechanic, was thorough and professional. He took the time to listen to my concerns, checked the issue I mentioned, explained his findings clearly, and offered helpful advice. I really appreciated that he went beyond the standard check at no extra cost. I was so pleased with the service that I have already recommended this garage to my sister. I would definitely recommend this branch to others.

Very good customer service - the Croydon store on st James Road is fantastic excellent experience I will come to this specific branch whenever I have issues with my car. The staff was very hands on, helpful and friendly. Very good experience i must say - take care staff at the st James branch x

Dropped my van off this morning, no appointment. I was advised it would be this afternoon before anything would happen and I was happy with that, just yo add I needed the van back by 4pm. They rang later that morning advising me they were waiting for the lease company to agree with the work. Around 12:30 they rang again to say the van would be ready for collection at 13:00. Great service and Comms from the company. Thank you Jack for your quick response.

Adam and the team were fantastic - dropped my car off at 8.30am and they had replaced my exhaust by mid afternoon! Very pleased. Very reasonable price too.
