The receptionists need better training. My appointment wasn’t confirmed by text or email, and when I arrived, the receptionist said I was late, even though I wasn’t according to the actual appointment time. She was rude and not considerate. It seems they've focused on their reputation but not on training their staff.

The reception My first visit to Kings Dental was overall okay. The dental services themselves were satisfactory, and the dentist and other staff were excellent—professional, helpful, and attentive. However, my experience with the receptionist was disappointing. She was on the phone and showed little regard for patients, which came across as rude and unprofessional. First impressions matter, and front desk staff should reflect the same standard of care as the rest of the team. Her attitude alone could make someone think twice about coming back.

I went in there feeling very nervous but everyone was so polite and made me feel really comfortable before getting my wisdom tooth removed. I was in the room for about 5 minutes and the Dr pulled my tooth out with ease and I didn’t feel a thing. 10/10 I defenitly recomend
