I recently visited Kingsdale Pharmacy and was very impressed. The place was spotless, and the pharmacist was both approachable and highly knowledgeable. They handled minor issues quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated. I’ve also noticed that their communication is excellent—they respond to emails very promptly. Great service all around!

I’m really disappointed with this pharmacy. It's closed three days a week and only open from 9:30 AM to 5 PM—which is almost impossible for anyone with a standard work schedule to manage. There are no evening or weekend hours, which makes it very inconvenient for picking up prescriptions. On top of that, the pharmacist was dismissive and didn’t seem interested in addressing my concerns. I didn’t feel heard or respected as a patient. I strongly recommend finding a pharmacy that offers more flexible hours and better customer service.

The Kingsdale Pharmacy will also deliver your prescriptions free of charge where you are unable to come in person.
