RMT Jason Noury is an absolute gem. Consummate professional who knows the human anatomy like no other RMT I have ever met. Offers a range of services and always supplements your treatment with a recommended exercise. Will also take the time to send you a written "script" of recommended exercises many times after hours. A five (5) rating really doesn't say it all. 5+++++. Thank you Jason for everything you do for your clients.

I haven’t been having treatment long but so far super. The only reason it wasn’t a 5 was because of the tables. The face Holes are very uncomfortable. They are really big. I had to crank my neck and support it with my hands. I now have a pretty sore neck the next day…. Really need cushions like a masseuse has

I’m extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism at this clinic. My physiotherapy appointments were cancelled twice on the same day they were scheduled — both times last minute. I had taken time off work and arranged childcare for these sessions, but it got cancelled by the clinic. What made it worse was the attitude from the front desk when they called. There was no real apology, no understanding of the inconvenience caused, and definitely no assurance that it wouldn’t happen again. It felt like they simply didn’t care. This kind of disregard for patients' time and effort is unacceptable. People make sacrifices and plan their day around these appointments. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their scheduling and communication.

I have been coming to Loyalist Family Physiotherapist about 2 yrs. I couldn't ask for better service care and compassion . The whole team has been outstanding. Jafar and Ayesha, & Tim have given me 100 percent care. And have worked hard with me. It doesn't stop with them, they give you exercises to do at home, and if you don't do them , you will not continue to feel like 100 percent.
