Callie CapriceI Mr Snuggle Puff the Pug made it to my 12th birthday because of everyone at Kingston Road Animal Hospital … and I expect to celebrate many more !! It was a scary time to suddenly find cancer growing on my back leg ! Mom took me daily to the beach while waiting for the surgery in case it didn’t work out, so I would have some fun in those 2 weeks, which Mom said felt like forever. The guys at KRAH talked to Mom almost everyday and kept a close watch on me before my surgery and afterwards, for as long as Mom and I needed support ! They all were so caring with Mom with all her questions and worries. I had my leg removed and can you believe, it hasn’t bothered me a bit! It has healed perfectly and the scar is tiny! It’s been almost 3 months now since the surgery and I am having such a great time going fast on my wheels all around the city exploring! Melissa, Malik, Trish, Caitlin, Jessica, Manroop, Dr.Emma and Dr. Lucia are special healing angels for animals I’m sure of it. Corny I know but very true. I never get nervous going there for check up’s or even to just weigh myself to make sure I’m not eating too much or too little! They always welcome me with smiles and cuddles. I love them and so does my Mom …she keeps saying this word … grateful 🩷
