S. AThe property management called this company for a drainage issue that we had at my business. They came in and they unplugged the drain(snaked the pip). They continued to snake the entire building without asking me for permission. I don’t own the building, I’m leasing a small space within that building. They asked me to sign the invoice, I refused. Because one, I thought our management will cover that, two they wouldn’t tell me how much is the fee! The bill comes over a thousand dollars, which I’m responsible to pay. Also they forged my signature on the invoice. DO NOT trust this company. They are dishonest. Something that would have cost me max $300, I have to pay over a $1000. Bad business…
