The first photo is my reference, the second is right after the perm, second is when wet and the last is when my hair is dry. Do not go here, I got no apology AT ALL, charged FULL price and keep in mind, they didn’t warn me at all. They said my hair was a little dry but it wasn’t a problem. After completely destroying my hair they said they could do something else to curl my hair but they’d charge me extra, obviously I declined because I shouldn’t be charged even more and it would have likely killed my hair even more. They were on their phone while the heat activator machine was on and I’m assuming overcooked it. They literally let me walk out with that hair? Absolutely baffling. Now I have to shave my hair off and wait for it to grow back because literally nothing can repair it! Idk if I can, but I’m definitely going to see if I can contact consumer affairs. My poor floormates have to deal with chunks of hair falling out (it’s been more than a month).

Horrible experience. My head hurts after leaving cos they yanked my hair through the brush the entire blow dry. I probably left with significantly less hair cos of it being left behind on the brush. I was too scared to say something because I already knew they were doing a bad job with the blow wave. I asked for a blow wave and I walked out with my hair frizzy and messy. Not polished and nicely done. I feel like the hair dresser had zero experience doing a blow wave and were only use to blow drying hair straight (and Asian hair, not naturally curly hair). I also paid for a hair cut. They only cut the ends off, did not touch the layers or anything around the face. To be honest based on how the blow wave went, I was too scared to follow up with the rest of the cut in fear of how it would turn out.

I’ve been a customer here for a while, and Marc takes care of both my husband’s and my hair. He is the best! We always leave feeling great and completely satisfied after every visit. One day, my husband got off work late, and we asked if they could wait for him. They generously stayed open 15 minutes past their closing time just for him, which we truly appreciated.

One of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had in Melbourne was getting a haircut at this salon. I came in for a long layer haircut. My hair was very long at the time (well past my bra line), and I believed that an experienced stylist should have no trouble handling this style. Unfortunately, the result was far from what I expected. The stylist took around 1.5 hours to cut my hair, but the outcome was a disaster — my hair ended up much shorter than I asked for and the layers were uneven and lacked shape. I walked out of the salon in tears. I had to visit another salon immediately to get it fixed. The new stylist told me that the previous cut was not properly finished, the layers were inconsistent, and worst of all, the length had been ruined beyond immediate repair. I was advised that I’d have to wait for my hair to grow back before anything could truly be fixed. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience left me extremely disappointed. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and improves their attention to detail and client consultation. And ultimately, I will not be recommending this salon to anyone I know — I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same terrible experience I did.
