Lien was extremely helpful in helping turn our vague ideas into reality for our bathroom remodel. We walked into the store on a Friday and spent about two hours there but walked out with almost everything picked out. She listened to our needs and went above and beyond for design suggestions and made things less stressful. Her guidance considered our preference for quality, price and style, and she focused in on what we needed for a functional and easy to clean space. Communication was great in-person, over the phone, or via email. The bathroom we now have is exactly what we wanted. Her professionalism and eye for design is what will bring us back here for our next project. Highly recommended!

Lien and Mike at J&D rescued me from so much stressful back and forth about bathroom fixtures for my remodel! I had been to Studio 41 and I did not like the energy there (salespeople like vultures), not to mention the very few alcove tubs to see in person (the whole purpose of going to a showroom). I had been searching online for days trying to find which brands sell high quality, aka not plastic, metal faucets and fixtures and trying to match them up as far as finish was concerned. I called and spoke with Lien on a Monday morning and she patiently walked me through some options for thirty minutes and answered my questions. She recommended that I try to go in to a showroom, even if it wasn’t J&D, to compare finishes in person because photos online don’t do them justice. After the great experience I had with her on the phone, I decided I would go there in person that afternoon to see for myself. Lien was on the phone with another customer when I got there, so I was assisted by Mike who was also very helpful and direct about the options available to me, recommending me a shower head from a great local brand that he himself uses in his home. Metal fixtures! He also held up a Kohler brass fixture to the shower head I was looking at so I could compare the finishes. I felt no pressure from Mike or Lien to purchase immediately but I was delighted to give them my business right then and there. Their prices are also better than other places I looked (and I looked in so many places). I was able to give them my contractors information so that he could pick up the items which made everything seamless for me. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. I will absolutely be back in the future. Thank you Lien and Mike!!

All staff are very helpful, and make an appointment if you need support looking at and choosing multiple items. I purchased all of my bathroom fixtures, vanity, toilet, tub, and mirror from them. Very knowledgeable about products and design.

I didn't end up buying through J&D due to the small scope of my bathroom renovation, but the staff were incredibly helpful for me to achieve a clearer vision and scope. Lien in particular is a great designer who quickly understands your needs, can identify constraints and proposes creative options!
