We highly recommend Kitchen Tune-Up. Wow! Our kitchen looks absolutely amazing! We decided to upgrade and modernize our kitchen since it was over 20 years old. We had our cabinets painted, new door hinges and handles, new quartz countertops, sink, tile backsplash and under cabinet lighting installed. From selection of materials to the installation, Kitchen Tune-Up made the process easy and kept us informed and prepared in advance of each phase of the project. We had Kitchen Tune-Up reface our existing cabinets and install all new doors in our kitchen. Initially we were very happy with the results, however shortly after completion the refacing began to peel on the edges in multiple places. For the first year Kitchen Tune-Up came out multiple times and remediated the issues as best they could. Once a year passed, they no longer would do this and even suggested I buy a $500 maintenance plan so they could come fix the peeling issues. We have had their refacing for ~5 years now and I'm constantly finding new places where it's peeling and doing my best to fix the issue myself. I get that it won't last forever, but for over $10,000 I would expect it to last longer than that.

We had our cabinets replaced, new countertops, new backsplash, new sink, new faucet and new hardware. The entire process was so smooth. The only hiccup was a change I made and Kitchen Tune-Up handled that with such professionalism. From beginning to end, everyone was so nice and their expertise was evident. I want to thank Kitchen Tune-up Charlotte for my beautiful kitchen. I look forward to working with you again. My main bathroom is next!
