Our flight was delayed 6 hours due to inclement weather and the Delta airline crash , We didn't think for a second our arrangements with Black Car would still be in place, But as soon as we landed about 2:30Am we received a text message that our car was waiting for us and all we needed to do was text when we were at our gate, The owner had made arrangements for another car to pick us up, f that is not exceptional service then I don't know what is,
