Very friendly, and helpful staff. Dr MacKenzie very knowledgeable, and gentle with patients. The hygienist Myriam, offered health teaching, explaining step by step the treatment. I've had only good experience at this office since I started.

Dr. McKenzie is extremely efficient. He does amazing work and so fast. He always makes sure I'm properly numb before working. The hygienist is so thorough and seems to genuinely care for each patient. She went out of her way to get me a new charger for my toothbrush!!! They got so much work for me done so quickly. My mouth is in better shape than ever! I've never had a better experience at a dentist's office.

I had a really disappointing experience at this dental office. The staff were unfriendly and didn’t seem interested in answering my questions or making me feel comfortable. The waiting time was way too long even though I had an appointment, and the office itself didn’t feel clean or welcoming. I also felt rushed through my appointment, and the dentist didn’t explain what was happening or give me a chance to ask questions. Overall, I left feeling stressed and unhappy. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for good dental care.
