Our experiences in leaving our shy kitty with Trish have been the best. She stayed in touch with pix & stories plus comments about her meds & eating issues. We came back to see her very happy with her stay & wont hesitate to take her there in the future. We highly recommend Kitty Hotel!

I cannot say enough great things about Trish and her staff. They've always been incredibly accommodating, and our cats have thrived in their care. In the past we used other catteries, and were not really happy with how our cats were treated. It is great to know that we can go away. Resting assured that our our feline friends are being well taken care of.

I don't like to leave a bad review but I thought other people might want to know about our experience. Our cat was very stressed being boarded and as a result ate only a fraction of the food he needed. I don't blame the business for that. However, Patricia did not tell us that he was eating almost nothing. All she said in her texts was that he ate "a little at night and a little when no one is around". This was vague and she didn't express any concern, so we thought he was just being shy about eating and maybe eating a little less than usual. When he came home he had lost a noticeable amount of weight. 90% of the kibble we sent with him was uneaten. I don't know how much wet food he ate, but the wet food was only small portions for mixing with medication and didn't have a lot of calories. If we had known how little he was eating, we would have suggested other things to try or made other arrangements. I am including screenshots of the conversation I had after. It sounds like a lot of people have had a good experience here, I'm sorry to say that we did not. Edit to clarify re the owner response: my partner's comment was about the cat hiding, not about a lack of eating. I didn't see he'd lost weight until I got home and he was walking around. We didn't ask how much he'd been eating because we assumed we'd be told if he was starving himself. We did receive some photos. He was either in a box or curled up, so it wasn't possible to see he'd lost weight. Again, though, the message we would have liked to receive would be "your cat is not eating enough, what would you like us to do about it".

My cat has stayed here multiple times. The cats get a spacious condo with a window. They were able to cater to her raw diet and they give them lots of play and attention. My cat always seems happy to be dropped off here.
