Really nice experience here. I had tooth pain and booked emergency treatment last week. It's surprisingly good. The doctor identified the cause fast and the treatment is very fluent and not painful at all. The best part is I can get X-ray done just by sitting there. I also really appreciated that they use X-ray multiple times during treatment to verify and make sure every step is done properly. Really good quality treatment. Not to mention everybody there is nice, patient and helpful.

I recently had a dental emergency and was fortunate enough to be seen on same day (Saturday) by this incredible practice. From the moment I called, I was treated with such kindness and professionalism. Carly, the front desk receptionist, was truly exceptional—her phone etiquette was outstanding, and her warm, calming demeanor immediately put me at ease during a stressful moment. Dr. Kim and his team were nothing short of wonderful. They saw me promptly, explained everything clearly, and treated me with such care and compassion. The atmosphere of the entire office was calm, welcoming, and professional. I felt like I was in the best hands from start to finish. I can’t thank them enough for the amazing care I received today! I just went for my first dental appointment in years and I wish I had gone here much, much sooner. The entire staff are so friendly, the process was so smooth and Dr. Roodsar is so thorough, knowledgeable and caring. In the past I have put off going to the dentist because of some not so great experiences, but I will never put off another dental appointment again. My son was also seen here for his first dental appointment when he was 3 and they were unbelievably patient and compassionate. Highly recommend!

I've been so happy with Auburn Centre Dental. I was looking for a dentist in the area because my dentist was in my former town, and driving back and forth was inconvenient. I looked online for a dentist with great reviews and a good location, and landed on Auburn. I can't say enough good things about the team there - everyone is so friendly, helpful and informative. At my first appointment, Jamie did my x-rays and scans and was so great - she was gentle and helped me feel at ease. I just had my second appointment for a cleaning and Shelley was fantastic - she was thorough and explained everything she was about to do. She also really listened when I said I don't like mint - she made sure my polish and fluoride, and the toothpaste she sent home, were all fruit flavours. I really appreciated that little touch! Carly and Joanne at reception are just the friendliest people you'll meet. Joanne was a delight on the phone when I first called to get my husband and I registered, and get our first appointments booked. Carly has been helping me at the desk for my last couple of visits, and getting other appointments booked. She's really helped me find the best times for us, and is so warm and welcoming. When I met Dr. Roodsar for the first time, he was so friendly and funny, but also really gave me great information and helped me understand my options for dental care. I just really appreciate how everyone makes me feel welcome and important, and puts my mind at ease. If you're looking for a dentist in Waterloo - this is the one. (And especially if you get nervous going to the dentist - they will make you feel relaxed!)
