He was so nice, knew exactly what needed to be done, kept in communication about arrival time, and fixed a job everyone else said they couldn’t do in half an hour. I also have a rescue dog who is terrified of people coming in, and they were both so understanding and kind. Really decent people, and I will definitely use again. Thank you, both.
