My driver has been waiting 5 hrs to get loaded. All the reviews on here are about the wait, which is unacceptable. If the employees you have can not do the job in a timely matter, then it's time to find new ones. As drivers, we understand that getting loaded takes time, but when the normal two hours has surpassed, that's where we run into issues. We are trying to get loaded and out of there as our clocks are running. It seems as though this customer does not have a care in the world that there a driver's just about taking their 10 hour break there waiting to be loaded. At the end of the day, we both of jobs to do. Do your job so that we as drivers are able to do ours.

My driver waited for 9 hours to get loaded. We honestly could not believe it…. This is the last place on earth you want to carry for… simply disrespectful, they will not get in a hurry for anything.
