I love going in to this store. I've been going in for four years and we're always greeted promptly and in a very friendly way. They get to know the neighborhood pets and are always ready with treats. It's so nice to see a chain store behave like they care. Highly recommend to everyone!
Please be careful with your pet valu account. Mine was hacked and a huge order placed to this store. The store does not check ID or email confirmations and allowed a pickup of these items. Scariest is that the order was placed at 730 for several big items and confirmed for pickup at 749 and then picked up in that same minute. Very suspicious from the stores end. Please be careful shopping here Adding. TRIED contacting customer support who was very unhelpful. Then called the store twice to try to alert them if the fraud and the very nice junior associate told me the manager was too busy to talk to me and had no interest in talking to me.
Although the products are great. I've been going to this store for years. And everytime I go in there, I feel guilty for it. I always feel the staff watching everyone. Even caught a girl looking at me out of the corner of her eye while sweeping the same spot for 3 minutes. IM NOT GONNA STEAL!!! I get that ppl steal, but it makes ppl feel uncomfortable for even being there.
