» Customer Experiences:
We recently sold our home and bought another property through Graham & Co, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The whole team were absolutely amazing, always friendly, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile to make the process as smooth as possible. A special mention to Wayne, whose knowledge, guidance, and professionalism were invaluable throughout. He was fantastic to talk to, always ready with clear advice and made what could have been a stressful journey feel straightforward and well-supported. Many thanks. We couldn’t have asked for a better service. Graham & Co truly set the standard for estate agents, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
Edited but will not delete it!! I must say that the customer service at the Andover and Whitchurch offices lacks courtesy towards clients. I went to enquire about lettings that were advertised at their website. I arrived with eight listings written down. In the London Street office in Andover, a lady did not even check the computer and immediately said that all the properties were “let agreed” and not available. In the Whitchurch office, I was simply told, “Have you checked on Rightmove?” May I ask what is the use of having offices and consultants if enquiries are handled with such a dismissive attitude? Regardless of the colour of my skin, I deserve service delivered with courtesy and a smile. It would be worthwhile for the company to reflect on possible unconscious biases, as my experience left me feeling that prejudice may have played a role because I am a person of colour. A lot of improvement is needed. Otherwise, the company might as well reduce the costs of maintaining offices and paying salaries and simply list properties online, or employ people who are genuinely willing to help clients and improve the image of the company. 🤬😞 Thank you for your response. My review reflects my honest experience as a prospective tenant. I have retained evidence of the interactions referenced in my review, including information regarding the properties discussed, which were not all marked as “let agreed” as assumed by your consultant. During the interaction, the consultant did not ask about the list or evidence I had and did not introduce herself, which contributed to the dismissive experience I described. Customers are entitled to share honest feedback about the service they receive. My review represents my genuine opinion based on my experience and is therefore protected as a statement of honest opinion under the Defamation Act 2013. I did not make any accusations against your company; I simply described how the interaction was experienced from my perspective. Suggesting that the matter will be “passed to the authorities” in response to a customer review is unnecessary, as public feedback is a normal and legitimate part of consumer transparency. If I receive further unjustified threats regarding my review, I am prepared to escalate the matter to Citizens Advice and the Property Ombudsman if necessary. I hope the company will take this feedback constructively rather than pursuing threats and instead focus on improving customer service for future clients. For comparison, when we visited the offices of Connells, Belvoir, and Brockenhurst shortly afterwards, we found their staff to be welcoming and open rather than dismissive. Perhaps there are useful lessons to be learned from those examples.
We worked with Molly and Ross at Graham & Co and they were fantastic from beginning to end. Because they handled every property in the chain, the whole process ran very smoothly for us. They’re both a real credit to the company. I’d happily recommend them and would definitely use them again. Thank you both!
