Terrible customer service, took nearly 30 minutes for a simply return and staff are useless and not working properly. Claimed, the system was having issues but was just prolonging the return for no reason. I would avoid ever using office again

Absolutely terrible service, i returned the shoes i purchased and only had a refund for half of them. Have tried to contact numerous times since the beginning of December. Emails don't go through and get bounced back. Finally when i did get a response from someone, I provided proof of postage and was told this would be investigated on the 16th of December and still had no reply. No way of getting in contact with anyone and slow responses, i want my refund back for the items. Terrible customer services

I received outstanding customer service from the new Manager of the store in Nottingham(Diego). He had excellent product knowledge and helped me to select a pair of trainers for my 2 year old. He was patient and offered a selection to choose from. Despite my son's size being unavailable, he made me aware of the option to order to store, which I gratefully accepted and he processed it all for me. This is the best customer service that I have received in a long time and he is clearly an asset to the Nottingham branch. I will definitely be back to purchase more footwear for autumn/winter.

Never usually leave reviews for places but I had to for my experience today! Was greeted by multiple lovely members of staff who were more than happy to help me out and chat. A really pleasant shopping experience which has made me likely to return in the future.
