After the most recent hailstorm we contacted Kodiak and they were extremely responsive! They came out to our house twice, did a thorough evaluation of our roof (followed by a report) and told us honestly that we didn't have damage. I highly recommend Kodiak! If at some point we have damage, we will trust Kodiak to do the work and navigate the insurance. Thank you for the professionalism and honesty!!

I had a stressful situation with my roof leaking, it was coming in through the wall and ceiling. I tried calling 6 different companies, finally one of them answered. That company came out inspected my roof, found the leaking area and said I need a new roof. They told me that insurance would cover it, that they would claim hail damage and that I need to sign a contingency agreement with them on the spot. I felt confused and unsure, it seemed weird that I had to sign something and that they could guarantee my insurance would cover this. Plus we haven't had significant hail in like over 5 years. I found Donny through a referral, he called me immediately and came out the next day. He explained how some roofers use this method to get customers by telling them insurance will cover anything and then they don't and you're stuck with a $20k bill. I can't take that hit financially. Donny and I got on the roof, he pointed out the damaged area and said I don't need a new roof, just a small fix. He brought material and patched it immediately for me so the incoming snow wouldn't damage it more. He showed me some areas that i can patch up myself so it's more water tight. A week later his company came out and fixed it. I'm am so grateful for Donny. He was honest, quick and empathic to my situation. I highly recommend Kodiak roofing.

Donny has always done right by me. He came out today to inspect my roof after the most recent hail storm. While most companies knocking on my door would have fed me a line about getting my roof bought, Donny said there was minimal if any significant damage. Instead of trying to make a few bucks on what I assume would have cost more than my deductible he recommended to leave it. I will recommend him to anyone who askes for a roofer.
