One of our 20 year old openers quit working, and we were given 3 companies to call for quicker service than our 'usual' provider. Phil responded first, and was out within a few hours. We ended up replacing 2 motors, and both garage doors (one was damaged years ago). We feel we got a good deal, and we have noticed already that these doors keep the garage warmer! Definitely an upgrade from our builder's version. TOM elevated the experience: he worked like a mule, and had the patience of a saint when reviewing the new opener use, and recommending preventative maintenance to keep the rollers working well.
