Stopped to find a dress for a party, but didn't really shop for anything else. They were very busy, but the store was clean, racks were beat, and lots of cashiers so the line moved quickly.

Having it all in one place is quite heavenly, but boy, is this place crowded! Narrow aisles just big enough for one cart at a time, but worth the patience and the wait. If they don't have what I'm looking for, it's a good chance that I will never find it anywhere else!

I had went to the TJMaxx/Homegoods in Chesterfield Townecenter to look at make up and beauty products after leaving Ulta and seeing how expensive it was there. I parked at the Homegoods entrance to be closer to the door as I don't like parking far away from entrances at night time. When I go inside there is a man who is putting carts away and I say "Excuse me" as I walk by him. I then go to the beauty aisle thats in front of the TJmaxx entrance and picked up a korean beauty product and start reading it. That same man that I had said excuse me to is now right next to me to what I presume now was staring at me, yet I pay him no mind. Then he moves around to the other side of me, more in my peripheral vision and continues to look at me. I look over and say "May I help you?" And then he stares/stays silent. Then goes back around the aisle and pretends to put items away/reorganizing them, and I continue looking at products yet now a little creeped out. Thinking about calling my boyfriend, the man appears next to me and puts down two random scent/house items and grabs my left hand and says "tooouch" and then walks away but is still near me. As soon as he did that I said "excuse you??" to him, and still no response. I then call my boyfriend and begin to speed walk to the register in fear he may try to follow me to my car trying to leave I get to the register and ask for an associate and a kind lady calls for someone to come over. I tell the first lady I spoke with, I am going to refer to her as Lady A as I do not know her name as I am anxious/freaked out and didn't even think to ask for anyones name, that a strange man who works here grabbed my hand and said touch and was following me, and her response was "oh I think he's a special needs person" at first I'm taken aback, and I ask for an available associate to walk me to my car as I didn't feel safe amymore, Lady A went to grab someone. At this point I see the strange man walking up to me and I look over to another lady, I will refer to her as Lady B, at the register helping a guest. She asks if I'm okay and I ask for her to come over to me for another person by my side. I explain to her the same thing I told Lady A and that I do not know him, and at this point the strange man is near us about maybe a yard and a half away. And she looks at him and Lady B asks if everything is okay. And he just stares at me and asks for my name and I reply "No... I don't want to tell you my name" and he starts going on some sort of tangent that I could not even make out, and walks away to a nearby chair right next to the TJMaxx entrance. Lady B tells the worker to "Come on let's... let's not do that just stop. Let's... let's not do that" and at this point Lady A is back with another gentleman to walk me to my car, I will refer to him as Man A, and an older gentleman walks up, I will refer to as Man B, who based on appearance I assume to be a manager. I re-explain what has happened and stated I just wanted to leave and that I was freaked our and didn't feel safe, and I would like to believe that all 4 workers who were helping me saw I was scared. Man B says okay and that Man A will walk me out, and Lady A and B go back to the registers to continue helping the guests as they were. After that I left. I thanked Man A for escorting me out and also apologized to him since I did take him away from his job. I will not be going back to that TJMaxx/Homegoods. Not only was I harrassed and followed but it was by an employee of the company no less. I do not feel safe in that building. The strange guy in question was a tall black man, long dreads and a goatee/mustache sort of style on him face and seemed young, maybe mid 20's but I'm not sure. I was too scared to look for a name tag as I immediately ran for another person for help. But as long as he works there I will NOT be going back out of fear it will happen again
