I had a fabulous experience getting my hair coloured at Billie Jean. When I arrived my hair was a bright blonde with very warm tones which was looking very unnatural. Billie chatted with me at great length about the colour I wanted to eventually achieve (much darker roots) and the various options available. She clearly explained that I wouldn’t get the exact result in just one visit but I felt very confident that I would leave the salon with a colour that I would be happy with. And I absolutely was. I have genuinely never been to a salon before where so much care and precision was taken with choosing the exact shades that would work for me given the hair colour that I came in with and my skin tone. I knew that I could completely trust that process. I’m absolutely thrilled with the result as the new colour has blended seamlessly with the old colour knocking out all brassiness. I even came away with a comprehensive list of of next steps which I could pass on to my hairdresser in the UK as sadly I won’t be here to get the second stage done. I highly recommend Billie Jean hairdressing and have had so many compliments from friends and family about how my new hair colour. Thank you to Billie Jean and Michelle! 🙏

I have loved going here to get my haircut. I went there twice and was always happy with my cut. Yesterday I went to get my hair toned. Very shocked with the bad result! It was the total opposite of what I was after. I mentioned I didn’t like copper reddish brown colour, and showed a picture of what I was after, namely a more ash dark brown colour with a bit of warmth. My hair now looks nearly black with purple reddish colour. It is the opposite of what I was after (see picture), and I did mention that beforehand. The people were so lovely that I couldn’t express how disappointed and shocked I was with their colouring skills. I think going there for a cut will always be good, but don’t go to get your hair coloured there.

What an absolute pleasure it was to get my hair done at Billie Jean Hair, from my initial arrival to my departure I was treated with respect and care by everyone. My lovely hair stylist Jenna listened to exactly what I wanted to achieve and I left the salon with exactly what I wanted, cut and colour. I couldn't believe how on ball she was with what I desired.😍 Definitely recommend this quaint friendly salon for service, friendliness and professionalism.....the coffee was also awesome and the decor was beautiful.

I had my hair done by Jenna. The inspo was subtle brown-midnight black colors seamlessly blending to create a wearable everyday look. I am very happy with the results. I must say that Jenna took good care of my hair from consultation, coloring, styling til the end. She explained the process really well and I was able to set my expectations based on the information given to me. There were no surprises and I don't think anyone wants surprises when it comes to coloring 😂 I am very glad I had my hair done at Billie Jean. The team is warm and friendly so you wouldn’t get bored
