During my eyebrows, the lady (Sharuna I guess) suggested me to go for wax instead of thread and insisted wax is better, I trusted her and went for wax, after my eyebrows were done she applied some toner or liquid kind of lotion , I started feeling tingling and slight burning, I looked in mirror there was slight redness, I asked the lady she said it will settle in some time. I came home and saw the redness getting deeper couldn’t sleep whole night due to burning and eventually in the morning it was clearly evident that my skin is burnt, I have difficulty opening my right eye wide open, also discomfort in the burnt area. I went to salon today ( Sept 38, 3025) at 3:15 pm, I was told manager Ana will be at the salon tomorrow Monday morning. I am seeking a compensation for my loss and for any aesthetic surgery I have to go for in future, salon has to bear the expenses, I will make sure to hire a good lawyer if I have to.

Never come to this salon if you don’t want your hair to be ruined. I went there for my hair colour. Sharon said the picture I showed her needs to be bleach and I said I’m ok with that, 30 minutes after she put the bleach on my hair she started to put some bleach all over my roots touching the scalp. I complained that it hurts like burning sensation on my scalp and she said it’s normal. Before she washed my hair she even massage the bleach all over my head touching the scalp and I told her that it really hurts, she can see it in my face that I’m in pain. After she washed my hair she put toner with colour and again I told her that my scalp was hurting and she said just wait 10 minutes. After she washed it, the colour didn’t come out the way I want it, it’s like top and bottom colour were so obviously not the same colour the top is so brassy. I just told her to make it a little darker instead. She put another colour to make it darker and the same thing I felt the burning sensation again. When I got home I checked my scalp and saw that my scalp are red with burned patches and blisters. 2 days after I washed my hair I saw a significant hair damages and breakage due to improper service by your salon employee. This is unacceptable, I need to be compensated for this so I can have may hair fix with a real professional, but they didn’t do anything about it, just ignored and said that what I experienced is normal. Your Salon ruined my hair I paid $345 for colour and hair trim and experienced pain and unsatisfied. Never again coming back.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel like it’s important to share my experience to help others avoid the same frustration. I recently got my hair dyed by Annahita (Anna), and unfortunately, the results were really disappointing. She completely missed sections of my hair, leaving uneven patches that were clearly untouched. I went back with a friend just to politely ask if she could fix it — nothing aggressive or demanding, just a request for basic accountability. Instead of listening or even acknowledging the issue, she was incredibly rude and defensive. She kept insisting she “did a great job” and refused to even look at the parts we were trying to show her. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and we left feeling completely ignored and frustrated. If you're looking for a stylist who takes pride in their work and is open to feedback, I strongly suggest going elsewhere. No one should pay for a service and be treated like this when they raise a legitimate concern.
