I strongly advise against working with Konstant Infosolutions for app development. My experience with them was frustrating and disappointing. A project that was supposed to be completed in six months ended up taking two and a half years. It became clear that the team lacked basic mobile app development skills and expertise needed to complete the project. Despite providing clear instructions and screenshots, I had to repeatedly explain the same things. Fixing one issue often caused more problems, making the whole process exhausting - it felt like teaching basic development from scratch. The company's owner was unresponsive and dismissive, ignoring messaged and failing to address ongoing issues. Post-sales support was severely lacking, which stood in stark contrast to the promises made during the initial sales process. When the app was finally delivered after 2.5 years of delay, it crashed with just two or three users. After spending nearly $20 thousand dollars, the final product was so useless and didn't even meet the simplest requirements. I spent many late nights troubleshooting with their team, but little progress was made. I kindly urge anyone looking for an app development company in India to do thorough research before engaging with any company. These dodgy companies will promise the world before the sale, but the nightmare begins once they have your money. As a new entrepreneur with a limited budget, I understand how these dishonest companies take advantage of the situation and exploit you with their false promises. I am now preparing a case study about this experience and will report it to the appropriate authorities. I hope my review will help others avoid the same harassment I have endured.
