Invoice over 90 days and payment still not made, issue with detention- not approved in full, broker with rude attitude. Update: the broker called us to solve the issue, he didn't know the payment wasn't made all this time, he also offered to solve the detention short pay; accounting held the payment referring to a factoring company, that we didn't use for 5 yrs, still they can manage this in a better way, not holding carrier pay for so long. Update: the LTA also maintains written records of emails sent to accounting, and we requested updates starting 3.18.25, repeatedly on 3.20.25, then on 3.25.25 when finally after one week KoPf decided to reply back. Also the updated setup was done through MyCarrierPacket and we see on our end that no Factoring was chosen, but direct pay, so the broker reps reply, quietly is not accurate. They made a mistake paying the wrong payee, and didn't bother to expedite the payment and waited almost 2 months since we told them about the missed payment.
