I recently stopped in at this location in pursuit of puppy supplies & some helpful information (new puppy owner - I need all the info I can get to keep this little energy bundle healthy & happy!) I was met by a super happy-to-help staff member, I believe his name was Jay Jay. I must commend him on his comprehensive knowledge of pup nutrition and stimulatory toys! We were in very good hands & our little guy is now kitted out with ALL the necessities a pup could need and more. Highly recommend!

Came here with some friends today, wow this place has everything! I spent over 45 min in this place looking for treats for my pet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. What made the day even more special was that there was an on site Santa picture sign up! Will definitely be coming back!

Been going to this place for over 15 years. Best place on the North Shore IMO. Very well run with helpful staff large Quality product selection and excellent policy. Over the years on a couple of occasions some products didn't sit well with my pooch and they gladly take it back and mentioned they donate the returns. Also bring requested items in for me and quite promptly too.
