Bettina SchienkeDefinitiv empfehlenswert - Am 06.02.2025 war ich aufgrund eines Gutscheins für eine Hydraclean Gesichtsbehandlung in dem Kosmetikstudio. Sofort wurde ich sehr freundlich in der sehr gepflegten und angenehmen Atmosphäre empfangen. Es ist eine kleine "Wohlfühl-Oase" mit hochwertigen Produkten rund um die Kosmetik, Gesichts-/Körperbehandlung. Jeder Schritt der Gesichtsbehandlung wurde mir von Irene Rohr erklärt. Die Behandlung war einfach klasse, es tat mir so gut, sodass ich anschließend einen Termin für eine Maniküre inkl. Shellack vereinbart habe. Nochmals lieben Dank für die professionelle und sehr angenehme Behandlung. Ich freue mich auf weitere Termine bei euch. Update zum Termin am 11.02.2025: Vielen herzlichen Dank für Behandlung (11.02.2025) Maniküre + Shellack bei Mariana. Ich bin begeistert, mit welcher Ruhe und Genauigkeit sie meine Fingernägel in Form und Glanz gebracht hat. Neslihan KhalafUnzufrieden und enttäuscht. Trotz eines vereinbarten Termins habe ich eine halbe Stunde gewartet. Als ich den Termin gebucht hatte, stand dort "Pediküre 60 Minuten". Ich wurde jedoch nach nur 30 Minuten fertig behandelt – es wurde nur meine Nägel gefeilt, es gab keine kosmetische Fußpflege, keine Farbe und nicht einmal Nagelhaut entfernt. Was ist das für eine Pediküre? Für diese Behandlung hat die Kosmetikerin mir trotzdem 42 € berechnet. Ich finde, das ist viel zu viel für so eine kurze Behandlung. Außerdem empfand ich das Personal als unfreundlich. Ich hätte mein Geld und meine Zeit lieber sparen sollen.Ich kann diese Erfahrung nicht empfehlen und bin wirklich sehr enttäuscht.
MelliIch gehe hin seit der Eröffnung. Noch nie ein Problem gehabt und immer besten Service bekommen. Angegangen von Maniküre bis zur Divinia habe ich alles durchprobiert und bin begeistert! Echt tolles Personal und kompetenter Beratung. Meine Empfehlung!!!
