It was too late to call, as they were closed, and his appointment was at 7:30 am the next morning. When I called, they were so nice. Their only concern was the health of my dog, and they were not upset about the late cancelation. A few days later after a visit to the Vet and the animal Chiropractor, I called and they got him in immediately. They accommodated special instructions from the chiropractor as well. They are my heroes, and I can't say enough about their great service.
