One of the worst experience ever happened to me. I bought 2 packs of spiral pasta yesterday. When i went to exchange it for wheat pasta they asked me to bring the bill too for exchange. Next ime i went with the bill. When i went to exchange it they refused to exchange. They were more concerned about sending me out. First they tried to check the item was bought there by scanning the bar code. Then the employees and their manager all were abusive in nature. After that they asked me to buy veggies for 580/- which is the cost of pasta. With shere irriitation i broke both packs and threw it in their cash counter. I may be a small customer who buys on an average 8-10k a month. The last time by mistake they replaced badam cost and cost . When it was highlighted they made an appology and pushed me to buy some other things. As we dont have an option we ended up coming here. From now i will ensure i wont step into the shop. I am going to circulate this incident in my society too. Pls be attenive while weighing the goods They do cheat over there. Think twice about buying anything there.

I went to this supermarket to buy a small notebook, they only had 2 nos of 144 pages notebook. I only wanted to buy one. But they said that I have to buy 2 then only they can bill but I only needed one. I asked why I have to buy 2 when I need only one. A guy said I will check and come and said that there is no option you need to buy 2 so that we can bill. Finally they made me buy 2 notes for 148 rs where I wanted 1 notebook. They know that there is a demand so they think they can play with it. I had such a bad experience.

Very poor service. I have ordered for the first time today. They refused to supply to my area and money is not returned to valet. No one is there to attend the tool free call and no one picks up the land line too. Following part of the message, I am writing after getting the feedback from KPN. I wanted some of the items immediately. So, after their denial, I went to the shop directly and brought the ordered items by myself, which was already kept ready. (Thank God, atleast they allowed me to take the delivery) Actually, all the delivery boys were present there at the shop and sitting ideally. They simply refused to deliver me saying that, my place is not under their alocotated area. If it's so, you should not have accepted my order. Having accepted my order, you should have to complete it. Moreover I don't get any discount which they promise to give for the first order. Unnecessarily I happened to spend RS. 200/- for auto fare. I could have purchased it from another shop, if there's no confusion .

The supermarket offers a wide range of groceries and maintains a clean and organized environment. The 5% discount on all products is an added bonus. However, the store's service quality is significantly hindered by the poor performance of the billing counter staff. Frequently, only two of the four counters are operational, leading to long queues and extended wait times for customers. Even when there are obvious queues, the remaining counters remain closed. To add to the frustration, the billing executives often prioritize known customers or acquaintances over those waiting in line. This disregard for queue etiquette is particularly frustrating. My recent experience was particularly disappointing. While there were five customers patiently waiting for their turn, the billing executive abruptly left the store to engage in a casual conversation with someone. This inexcusable behavior resulted in a significant delay for everyone. A well-stocked store like this deserves better management. The current manager seems incapable of addressing these issues. A more competent manager is needed to improve the overall shopping experience. Will never go again and shop here.
