You have to wait 30 minutes in the fruit salad section whenever there is a huge crowd in the supermarket. They are shifting people from the fruit salad section to work inside the supermarket to control the crowd. That actually defeats the purpose of having a separate, easy-access counter for fruit salad and juice. Hopefully, they will manage the crowd better and arrange a dedicated person for the fruit salad section.

Today, I had a horrible experience. You have to wait 45 minutes for billing. They have only two attendants at the Billing Counters (Out of Five) at 12 PM, when the crowd was huge. Nobody bothered to clear the crowd. Out of two, one attendant was doing wrong billing all the time. When I left without taking anything, no one bothered to stop me. Arrogance to the core. Please avoid this shop at any cost. Normally, I do not write negative reviews. Today, it was a humiliation.

I bought cut fruit box from fruit and juice shop and it was not sweet and ripened. Simply we wasted that fruit box. Even billing counter is too slow and dont have change for ppl paying by cash. Even not ready to take suggestions given to handle cash transactions seperate counter to avoid delays. Highly disappointing to see such poor handling and poor quality with such a good brand shop. I would recommend management to focus on quality and service at this branch.
