I experienced always good shopping here. Especially staffs are so kind n helpful. The only drawback is all items especially groceries need to be packed in small quantities too. So it vl b more convenient n comfortable to shop. Sometimes few stuffs are not available when v need the most. Kindly add more healthy biscuits and snacks for all , especially kids n old people. Fresh juices should be available all the time.

Store Review: Failure to Manage Crisis During Red Alert I visited your store yesterday evening to purchase essential supplies with my two small children, given the red alert in Chennai. Many people were in a similar situation, stocking up due to the weather warnings, and the store was understandably crowded. However, despite the serious nature of the situation, your staff's attitude and lack of crisis management were appalling. While the store was packed with customers and their baskets full of provisions, only **two billing counters** were operational. This caused long waits and growing panic among shoppers. I personally requested multiple times for more counters to be opened, but instead of taking action, your staff members **ignored or dodged the request**. Several employees, including **managers**, were seen **chatting among themselves** or hiding in the home supplies section, immersed in their phones. This level of **negligence** and **disinterest** during such a crucial time is unacceptable, especially when customers were already on edge due to the increasing rain and the need to get home safely. I had to wait in line for an extended period, all while juggling **two young children and three heavy bags** of groceries. Your staff’s **lethargic attitude** during a red alert, when every minute counts for safety, was extremely disappointing. A store must be prepared to manage high volumes of customers, especially during emergencies, and the failure to do so shows a severe lack of professionalism and care for customers. Please take immediate action to ensure that your staff is better trained in managing crises, and that more counters are opened promptly when needed. We rely on you for essential supplies during times like these, but the disinterest and lack of urgency I witnessed make me question whether I can continue to trust your store in future emergencies.
