Reviews here are fake. All made by new accounts posting 4-5 stars? Made by employees (easily showing with reverse lookup on LinkedIn) and fake accounts. Sharing interview experience. The interview call was recorded on video mode without consent or declaration. The HR of the company is a sane person. The staff here, not so much, specially Dinesh. The questions (so called MENA marketing guy who didn't even introduce himself because it would've been beneath him) asked in the interview felt blatantly AI-generated word by word. There were many tells. I guess he didn't know himself what he wanted to ask, that's why he cheated with AI. The pretentious guy had the outrageous audacity to point fingers. I mean for someone giving a proctered test for applying to a job can't cheat or switch tabs. But this "know it all" guy seems to shift allegations. That was ignorant of him. This person kept looking at other things, with changing screens brightness reflecting on his face. It made the interview appear contrived. He didn't have any courtesy to be present in the call. His team mate communicated to me that he was "busy"and on another meeting. Then why did he initiate the interview if he was so busy multitasking and lacked the ability to perform recruiting. To an extent, just being on the recruiting end gives jerks like these massive ego. They forget they are employees themselves and not owners of the company. Did he "cheat" by using AI when he didn't know what to ask? I'm assuming he did, just like he "assumed" applicants are "Googling answers" on the interview. He also asked for a free strategy for his product on the call which I politely declined. Guess it's a new scam to ask for strategy in the name of interviews.
