Attorney James Block is unlike any attorney that either Irvan or I had ever met before. He is down to earth, caring, honest, and tells it the way it is, and does so using regular words, not words you have to be a lawyer/scientist/doctor graduate to understand. When we first met Attorney Block, he was not wearing the typical 3 piece suit. He was wearing jeans and a t-shirt. Unprofessional you say? I beg to differ, Very professional. It is called, putting your stressed client at ease so that you can find out what the issues are and plan a course of action. He and his staff did everything they could to make sure we knew and understood what was going on, what our options were, and what the probable outcomes of each choice would be, up to, and including, doing nothing. They answered all the questions that we had, some questions more than once, but they kept answering anyway, until we understood the answer.
