I just joined Krave about a month ago and already it has made such a positive impact! First time stepping into a gym since having my second child 6 years ago and everyone has been so welcoming and motivating. Each workout kicks my a** in the best way! The coaches are so encouraging and knowledgeable in each area. My kids went for the first time today for a kids camp and the also loved it! 10/10 gym!

Krave has been such a source of teamwork and positive reinforcement! Getting in shape always feels good, and making new friends too! Always love that this place is open 24/7 and you get access to all the other locations. All the coaches are great people and look out for your posture and technique. I love the team sessions and look forward to each one.

Krave Gym is one of the best gyms in Des Moines. Nothing compares to the atmosphere and the community like Krave Gym brings. I have been coaching at Krave Gym for almost a year now, and some of my favorite parts that Krave gym has to offer is a program, community, and results. The program is perfect because you won't get bored of the movements because they are never back to back same workouts. The community is one of the best I have seen in gyms in the area, everyone wants to help everyone be successful with their own fitness journeys. The results speak for themselves, if your goals are to lose weight, get stronger, get faster, get quicker, or dominate the sport of life, then Krave Gym is for you.

Krave Gym is HANDS DOWN the best gym. If you are looking for a gym that unleashes the athlete inside you (whether you were one in the past or not), this is where you need to be. The coaches truly care about your goals and push you to not only reach them, but exceed them. I have met some of my greatest friends from this team and haven't met one person who isn't cheering you on. I am more fit now than I was in high school and college, and I owe it all to Krave and their amazing program and coaches.
