Joydeep SinghI visited One Stop Auto yesterday regarding an issue with my car’s AC. I informed them that the blower motor was not working and requested a proper check-up along with an estimate for the repair. They quoted me $500, which was beyond my budget, so I clearly told them that I would get it done another time and to leave it for now. All they did was take my car inside, start the engine, and turn the AC on. No proper diagnosis, no detailed inspection, and no explanation of what they checked. After I informed them that I would not be proceeding with the repair, they charged me $60, calling it an “inspection fee.” I genuinely do not understand what inspection was performed because I saw nothing more than them starting the car. I have never experienced this at any other shop. Most places do not charge an inspection fee unless they actually perform a proper diagnostic check. Even safety inspections are more transparent and professional than what I experienced here. This was my first visit, and it turned into a completely disappointing experience. Moving forward, I will not return to this shop, and I will also make sure to inform my friends and others to avoid this place. Additional Concerns: • There was no communication before applying the inspection charge; they should have informed me in advance. • No written report, no findings, and no explanation were provided for the amount charged. • The customer service was unprofessional and lacked transparency. • The overall attitude felt like they were more interested in charging fees than actually helping the customer.
Hannah LobbezooGreat service. My car started having issues on the highway on route for a weekend trip away. We stopped at 1 stop auto and Chani helped us right away. We weren’t able to drive it to our destination but Chani helped us get a rental car, and had the car fixed by the end of the weekend. Went as far to meet us at the shop on Sunday despite them being closed for us to pick it up. Could not recommend more
