I have worked with Krishon recently on two transactions with him representing me as the seller. I can say without a doubt Krishon is the hardest working residential real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with in my 10 year real estate career. He hired a professional photographer that was so good the photos that were posted to Zillow and other sites made the homes look better than I would have thought possible without serious renovations. He is very good at using all sorts of social media techniques to increase views and market the listings for the homes. He regularly sent me very detailed updates about how many showings, online views, offers, and other relevant information we had throughout the listing and sale process so I never felt behind. We had a complex loan on one of the sales that required serious electrical work and some other contracting items and he helped me organize those extremely quickly to complete the sale. He is very knowledgeable of the Kansas City market and the real estate market in general to help me get the best price on my sale I possibly could. He was very up front and honest about all associated fees with respect to how his commission works as well as other costs in the transaction. He was available and responsive whenever I needed to speak with him. These details large and small are all things most other brokers in the space are not doing to help their clients and it was very obvious from the beginning I was working with a true professional who wanted to get results. I would absolutely recommend Krishon for help buying or selling any residential property I will not be using anyone else as long as he is in the business.
